A Residential Board of Building Appeals is hereby created and shall have full authority to enforce all laws, statutes, and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code to hear and decide appeals from adjudication orders pertain to the enforce of R.C. Chapters 3781 and 3791 and the rules of the State Board of Building Standards, enforced within the city.
