Any person aggrieved by any decision of the city with regard to violations of §§ 150.05 through 150.07, may appeal that decision, in writing, to the Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby designated and authorized to hear appeals from §§ 150.05 and 150.06, in the manner provided in § 155.051.
