§ 150.01 BUILDING CODES ADOPTED.
   Ohio Administrative Code (O.A.C.), Title 4101:1, being the Ohio Building Code, O.A.C. Title 4101:2, being the Ohio Mechanical Code; and O.A.C. Title 4101:3, being the Ohio Plumbing Code, all as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the city.
