§ 137.11 AIR RIFLES, BOWS AND OTHER DEVICES.
   (A)   No person shall, without privilege to do so, knowingly cause any ballistic ball, pellet, arrow, bolt, dart or other projectile to fly over, upon or across the property of another.
   (B)   Any adult responsible for the immediate supervision of a juvenile found violating division (A) shall be deemed in violation of this section.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Any police officer having probable cause to believe that an offense under this section has occurred shall, upon view, seize any device used in the commission of the offense and shall, after any prosecution is complete, deliver the same to the municipal court.
   (D)   Any device seized pursuant to division (C) or offered into evidence in any proceeding incidental to a prosecution under this section shall be forfeited to the Police Department upon a showing by clear and convincing evidence that the same was used in a violation of this section.
