§ 137.10 EXPLOSIVES.
   Whoever makes, manufactures, keeps, stores, conveys, or transports dynamite, nitroglycerine, or other explosives within the city except in a manner as provided by the Ohio Revised Code shall be fined for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which the offense occurs or continues.
