(a) Golf cart trespass. It is unlawful for any person to operate or trespass upon the Prairie Trails Golf Course's golf cart without paying the required rental fee in advance.
(b) Violation.
(1) A violation of the section shall be a municipal offense and may be prosecuted in municipal court.
(2) Any person found guilty of a violation of this section shall be subject to a fine of $25 for the first offense and $100 for each offense thereafter.
