§ 16-303 BUSINESS DISTRICTS.

   In the Business Districts, all buildings and premises except as otherwise provided in this article, may be used for any use except the following:

   (a)   Contractor’s storage yard;

   (b)   Silica or pumice processing plant;

   (c)   Dye works;

   (d)   Livery stable;

   (e)   Hides and furs;

   (f)   Tannery;

   (g)   Slaughterhouse; or

   (h)   Warehouse or storage yard for junk, rags, paper, scrap iron or fuel, and heavy industrial use.
