In the Residence District, no building or premises shall be used and no building shall be hereafter erected, structurally altered or moved in, unless otherwise provided in this article, except for one or more of the following uses:
(a) Single-family dwelling;
(b) Public school;
(c) Hospital;
(d) Church;
(e) Apartment houses;
(f) Boarding houses;
(g) Private club;
(h) Accessory use;
(i) Accessory building; or
(j) Municipal parks.
