§ 16-201 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS; CREATED.

There is hereby created a Board of Zoning Appeals for the city, which shall consist of seven members, all of whom shall be residents of the city. None of the members shall hold any other public office of the city, except that one member may be a member of the Planning Commission.
