(a) There is hereby adopted the net metering policy and procedures for customer-owned renewable energy resources.
(b) Net metering customer generators must meet all the applicable requirements of the city’s interconnections standards for parallel installation and operation of customer-owned electric generating facilities in addition to the requirements of the new metering policy and procedures for customer-owned renewable energy resources.
