§ 15-312 NON-METERED YARD LIGHTS.

All owners of yard lights being serviced by electricity transferred through the distribution system of the city, which are not otherwise metered, shall be charged $9 per month for each yard light. Residents are required to pay $250 for the cost of each yard light installed after the effective date of this section.
