There is hereby incorporated by reference NFPA (National Fire Protection Association, Inc.) 58, Standards for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (1995 Edition), prepared and published in pamphlet form by the National Fire Protection Association, Inc., at its Fall Meeting held November 14-16, 1994, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Not less than three copies of said standards shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Hill City, Kansas”, which shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
