Any person, firm, corporation or other entity desiring to install or affix an LP container, holding or capable of holding more than 20 gallons, shall first secure a permit approved by the City Administrator. Permit request forms may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk. There will no fee assessed for obtaining such permit, but the applicant must provide information showing the owner of the property upon which the container is to be placed, the location of the property and evidence that the container will comply with all necessary city standards, codes and regulations, including those adopted herein.
