(a) Upon the sale of surplus, obsolete or unused personal property as provided herein, the City Administrator shall cause the proceeds of such sale to be deposited with the City Treasurer, along with a written report of such sale, setting forth the following information:
(1) Date of sale;
(2) Name and address of purchaser; and
(3) Itemization and purchase price of each item sold.
(b) All monies derived from the sale of personal property as provided herein shall be credited by the City Treasurer to the fund from which such property was originally purchased, as nearly as may be determined.
