§ 12-302 CITY GOLF COURSE COMMISSION.
   (a)   There is hereby created and established a Golf Course Commission for the city which shall consist of five members, citizens and residents of this city who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Council.
   (b)   Appointments to the Hill City Golf Course Commission will be made annually at the first Council meeting in April. The Commission shall elect a presiding officer and such other officers as deemed necessary. The Commission members are hereby empowered to administer in all respects the business and affairs of the Hill City Municipal Golf Course.
   (c)   The Golf Committee is entitled to receive dues, subscriptions, allotments or gifts from any source and make expenditures of such revenues for purposes of conducting the activities of the Golf Commission on all property previously set aside or designated for municipal golf course purposes.
