In case any person, firm or corporation shall fail to do any act or thing which he or she is lawfully required to do in accordance with this article or any rules or regulations adopted thereunder, and if any such person, firm or corporation shall continue to fail to meet the requirements of the articles, rules or regulations adopted thereunder after having been notified in writing by the management of the airport of such failure, such person, firm or corporation shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor unless he, she or it shall, within two days from the receiving of such written notice, comply with the requirements.
