Upon termination of the lease or rental agreement entered into between the city and any owner of a structure erected on Municipal Airport premises, possession of the premises shall revert to the city and the owner of the building will have a reasonable time, not to exceed six months, to remove his, her or its building from the premises. If the building is not removed within the six-month time period, the building becomes the property of the city.
