(a) Generally. The following fee schedule is established for storage or hanger rentals.
(1) A fee of $0.07 per square foot shall be assessed to all owners of structures located on Hill City Municipal Airport property;
(2) A fee of $0.14 per square foot shall be assessed to all individuals renting or leasing buildings or storage facilities from the city.
(b) Sums collected as rentals. All sums collected as rental shall be due and payable on or before the January 1 each year. Failure to pay the assessed sum on or before January 1 of any given year will subject the owner or tenant of the building to immediate cancellation of the rent or lease agreement.
