Parking spaces and drives for ground vehicles are provided, and automobiles and other vehicles shall stay within these limits, with the exception of vehicles regularly employed in the service of the airport. No motor vehicles shall be allowed on the runways or other airport areas unless approval is obtained from the Airport Manager.
