There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of regulating criminal conduct in the City of Hill City, Kansas, that certain Uniform Public Offense code known as the “Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas Cities”, 39th Edition, 2023, prepared and published in pamphlet form by the League of Kansas Municipalities, 300 Southwest 8th Street, Topeka, Kansas 66603. Not less than three copies of the Uniform Public Offense Code shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Hill City, Kansas”, which shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours. The Police Department, Municipal Judge and all administrative departments of the city charged with enforcement of this section shall be supplied, at the cost of the city, such numbers of official copies of Uniform Public Offense Code Ordinance as necessary.
