In lieu of the provisions of K.S.A. 12-4112, the governing body of the city hereby adopts the following provisions: in all Municipal Court cases where the accused person is found guilty or the accused person pleads guilty or no contest, such persons shall be assessed costs for administration of justice in the City Municipal Court in the amount of $65.
