(a) It is hereby deemed necessary and proper to establish a uniform drug use policy for all personnel employed by the city.
(b) There is hereby incorporated by reference for the purpose of establishing employee personnel rules and regulations the document entitled “Uniform Drug Policy for the City of Hill City, Kansas”. Not less than three copies of said documents shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by Ord. 1011”, filed with the City Clerk and made available for inspection by the public at all regular business hours maintained by the City Clerk’s office. A copy of this section shall be attached to each copy of the “Uniform Drug Policy for the City of Hill City, Kansas”. All departments of the city shall be supplied with copies of such rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary.
