§ 8-802 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   DISCRIMINATE. To make distinctions in treatment because of race, color, religion, sex or national origin of any person.

   PERSON. Includes any individual, firm, partnership or corporation.
