(a) Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $250, or imprisoned for a term of confinement not to exceed five days, or both, for each offense. Each day such violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(b) Upon a conviction for violation of this article, it shall be within the discretion of the City Municipal Court to order that the vehicle be removed and stored at the expense of the person so convicted, or order that the owner, lessee or agent remove said vehicle as directed by the Court.
(c) Upon a person’s refusal to abide by any order of the Municipal Court issued pursuant to this article, the city may take possession of said vehicle and store the same, at the owner, lessee or agent’s expense until an order is issued by the Municipal Court for the release of said vehicle.
