HILL CITY, KANSAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
§ 5-307 COMPLAINTS.
   In the event any complaint is received by the city concerning any such permit holder concerning any method used to effectuate door-to-door sales, the city shall have the right to refuse to grant any future request for a permit by said person.
