In the event any permit holder attempting such door-to-door sales is given a law instruction or order to leave any residence or business, then such person shall immediately vacate the property. In the event the person refuses to abide by such a lawful order or direction, then charges for criminal trespass may be filed against such person at the discretion of the City Attorney or County Attorney.
