Any person who shall violate any provision of this article shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this article and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the City Jail for a period of not exceeding one year or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation of this article occurs shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as a separate violation.
