(a) All modular homes shall be constructed in accordance with the Building, Electrical and Plumbing Codes of the city. The Building Inspector shall require a complete detailed set of construction plans for each modular dwelling and/or structure which shall show all building construction details, plumbing details and electrical details.
(b) Each set of plans must be inspected and approved by the building official before the modules may be transported to the job site or any construction started.
