(a) The Building Inspector shall collect a fee of $15 for each mobile home requiring inspection by this article. The payment of such fee shall not relieve such person or persons from prosecution for violating provisions of this article.
(b) The fees, location, size of mobile home, owner and any other information deemed necessary by the Building Inspector shall be filed over the owner’s signature on a building permit form normally used for new construction in the city.
