All mobile home lots and mobile home spaces shall be provided with at least one off-street parking space. Such off-street parking space shall be hard surfaced with asphaltic concrete or Portland concrete. It shall be at least nine feet by 20 feet by four inches in depth (excluding street right-of-way). If a curb cut is necessary, the Building Inspector must approve plans for the cut prior to construction.
