§ 4-907 OCCUPANCY; LOCATION; PARKING CONSTRUCTION; USE OF MOBILE HOMES.
   (a)   (1)   No mobile home may hereafter be permanently located within the city except on the following blocks, or parts of blocks:
         (A)   All of Block Four, Five, Eight and Nine and the west half of Blocks Six and Seven, McGill’s Addition;
         (B)   Outlots Two, Three, Four, Five, Six and the west half of Outlot Seven, McGill’s addition;
         (C)   North half of Lot One, Garnett’s Addition;
         (D)   All of Block 25, Original Town;
         (E)   Lots One through Nine, Block Three, Sunset Addition;
         (F)   Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58, Jones Addition;
         (G)   Lots 3, 4 and 5, Whittons Addition; and
         (H)   Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Block 2, Miles Addition; Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 3, Miles Addition.
      (2)   When parking a mobile home within the city in compliance with this section, the owner of the mobile home must be the owner of the tract of land where such home is permanently located; and the lot or tract width cannot be less than 50 feet and of sufficient depth to provide a minimum area of 3,750 square feet per trailer and the location of the mobile home on the lot or tract shall comply with the space and setback requirements of this code of ordinances.
   (b)   Furthermore, no mobile home may hereafter be permanently located within the confines of the city limits, except on the following lots, blocks or parts of lots or blocks or specific legal descriptions, to wit:
      (1)   All those particular legal descriptions as presently set forth in division (a) above;
      (2)   The south 60 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Miles Addition to the city;
      (3)   The west half of the north half of Block 1, Garnett’s Addition to the city;
      (4)   Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 16, Fairview Addition to the city;
      (5)   Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 6, Fairview Addition to the city;
      (6)   Lot 8, Block 1, Sanford’s and Crawford’s Addition to the city;
      (7)   Lots 1 and 2 and the adjacent west ten feet of vacated Fifth Avenue, Block 2, Fairview Addition to the city;
      (8)   Lots 1, 3 and 5, Block 6, Sanford’s and Crawford’s Addition to the city;
      (9)   Lots 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 24, Block 7, of the city;
      (10)   Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and north 50 feet of Lots 14 and 16, Block 3, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (11)   Lot 1, Block 14, Fairview Addition to the city;
      (12)   Lots 5, 6, 7 and north five feet of Lot 8, Block 2, Mowry’s Addition to the city;
      (13)   The south 70 feet of Lots 17 and 19 and south 82 feet of Lots 21 and 23, Block 10, Hill’s First Addition to the city;
      (14)   Lots 19, 21 and 23, Block 17, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (15)   Lots 1 and 3, Block 22, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (16)   Tract 14C of Ord. 579 of the city;
      (17)   All of Ord. 761 of the city;
      (18)   Lots 18, 20, 22 and 24, Block 1, Hill’s Home Addition, of the city;
      (19)   Beginning at a point 100 feet south and 199.2 feet east of the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter, Section 13, Township 8 south, Range 23 west, of the county, thence north 25 feet, thence east 158.65 feet, thence south 75 feet, thence west 308.65 feet, thence north 50 feet, thence east 150 feet to the point of beginning;
      (20)   Lot 5, Block 2, Miles Addition to the city, and that tract described as part of tract 10 beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 2, Miles Addition to the city, thence east 140 feet, thence west 82 feet (south), thence east 41 feet, thence south 82 feet, thence east 17 feet, thence south 30 feet, thence west 200 feet, thence north 28 feet to the point of beginning;
      (21)   The west 57 feet of Outlot 14, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (22)   Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and east seven feet of Lot 16, Block 6, Hill’s First Addition, of the city;
      (23)   The south half of the northeast quarter Block 3, Garnett’s Addition, of the city;
      (24)   Lot 14, Block 1, Hill’s Second Addition, of the city;
      (25)   Lots 18, 20, 22 and 24, Block 4, Hill’s Second Addition, of the city;
      (26)   The east half of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 16, Fairview Addition, of the city;
      (27)   Lot 35 and the south half of Lot 33, Trexler’s Addition, of the city;

      (31)   A tract beginning 739 feet south and 334 feet west of the northeast corner of the southwest quarter thence east 334 feet, thence south 75 feet, thence west 334 feet, thence north 75 feet to the point of beginning, the same being part of Outlots 4 and 5, Hill’s Second Outlots, of the city;
      (32)   Lots 18, 20, 22 and 24, Block 25, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (33)   A tract beginning 450.7 feet east and 40 feet north of the center of Section 12, Township 8 south, Range 23 west, of the county, thence in a northerly direction 396.8 feet, thence northeasterly 303.62 feet, thence northeasterly 4.66 feet, thence southeasterly 508.41 feet, thence southeasterly 84.71 feet, thence southerly 11.24 feet, thence west 275.28 to the point of beginning;
      (34)   Lots 5, 7, 9 and 11, Block 25, Hill City Original Town, of the city;
      (35)   Lot 9, Block 4, Miles Addition, of the city; and
      (36)   Lots 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and east ten feet of 16, Block Hill City Original Town, of the city.
   (c)    Any mobile home proposed to be placed within the city limits after the date of this article shall be inspected by the city for compliance with codes and regulations, and in no event shall any such mobile be more than ten years old at the time of said inspection.
