§ 4-710 PLAN AND TIME OF NUMBERING.

All persons owning or occupying or having control of property fronting or facing any of the public avenues or streets of the city, are hereby required to number the same in keeping with the provisions of this article within 90 days from its publication and all new structures shall be numbered within 90 days after completion.
