This section shall apply only to Hillcrest Addition to the city. All buildings or rooms located on lots or parts of lots or property abutting on any street, avenue or roadway in Hillcrest Addition shall bear the same number of the lot or part of lot on which the building, room or structure is located and wherever two dwellings or two buildings or rooms are located on the same lot, the second dwelling shall be the same number as the first dwelling with number one-half added.
