§ 4-702 BASELINE; EXCEPTION.

Baselines for all of the city, except Hillcrest Addition shall be as follows: Main Street shall constitute the baseline for all numbering on the streets running north and south and Pomeroy Avenue shall constitute the baseline for all streets running east and west.
