For the purpose of standardizing the code for installation of electrical wiring and apparatus in the city, that certain electrical code publication known as the “National Electric Code, 2008”, prepared and published in book form by the National Fire Protection Association, Inc., One Batterymarch Park, P. O. Box 9101, Quincy, Massachusetts. 02169-7471. Not less than three copies of the National Electric Code, 2008 shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as Incorporated by the Code of the City of Hill City, Kansas”, which shall be filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
