8-8-13: PENALTIES:
   A.   Any person, partnership, firm, entity or corporation in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each and every offense, and each day that such offense continues shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.    B.   In addition to any penalty or fine levied under this chapter, any person, partnership, firm, entity or corporation in violation of any provision of this chapter shall pay any and all reasonable attorney fees incurred by the city in enforcing this chapter.
   C.   In the event the city deems it necessary to bring any court action to enforce this chapter, there shall be assessed against any person, partnership, firm, entity, association or corporation violating this chapter all reasonable costs, expenses and attorney fees incurred by the city in bringing said action, in addition to the fines provided herein.
   D.   The conviction or punishment of any person, partnership, firm, entity or corporation for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall not release such person from paying any permit fee due and unpaid at the time of such conviction, nor shall payment of any permit fee prevent criminal prosecution for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
   E.   The amount of any permit fee shall be deemed a debt to the city. An action may be commenced in the name of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction for the amount of any delinquent permit fee. All unpaid permit fees shall be deemed delinquent thirty (30) days after they are due and payable.
   F.   The city clerk may immediately revoke the permit of any person who violates any of the terms of this chapter. Any person aggrieved by such revocation may appeal the same to the city council.
   G.   All remedies shall be cumulative, and the use of one or more remedies by the city shall not bar the use of any other remedy. (Ord. 95-O-11, 5-2-1995)
