The mayor and each city department head shall have the right, at any time, to revoke the permit upon substantial violation of any of its terms. This condition shall be clearly indicated on the face of the permit. Unless circumstances require otherwise, the applicant shall be given an opportunity to abate or correct the violation before revocation during the event itself. (Ord. 95-O-11, 5-2-1995)
