8-8-10: COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS:

The acceptance of any application or issuance of any permit hereunder shall not relieve the applicant or any other person from full compliance with all other applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and ordinances, including any permits which may be required by other ordinances of the city. (Ord. 95-O-11, 5-2-1995)
