The clerk shall deposit all funds received under this chapter in the general fund of the city. In addition, the clerk shall cause to be kept a record of all operator's licenses, arcade licenses and device licenses issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter, showing the names and addresses of all persons to whom operator's licenses and arcade licenses are issued and the description of the device and location for each device issued hereunder, as well as any other information deemed essential.
