165.02 COMPOSITION.

   (a)   Membership. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

      (1)   The Finance Director.

      (2)   The Mayor.

      (3)   The Council President or his/her designee.

      (4)   The Police Chief.

      (5)   The Fire Chief.

      (6)   Five (5) residents appointed by City Council.

   (b)   Chairmanship. The Chair shall be the Finance Director or his/her designee.

   (c)   Terms. The members who are public officials or public employees shall serve by privilege of their positions. Two (2) of the other resident members shall be appointed to serve terms ending December 31, 2011. The three (3) other resident members shall serve a term ending December 31, 2012. Thereafter, all members appointed shall serve two (2) year terms ending on December 31 of each year.
