163.03 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Risk Management Committee shall review with the Risk Manager all of his reports and recommendations pertaining to loss control within the City, review all incidents of potential claims against the City or any of its officers or employees and shall supervise a program of loss prevention and property conservation with the Risk Manager. The Committee shall make recommendations on matters under review to the Mayor, Risk Manager and Council. (Ord. 43-1988. Passed 5-24-88.)
