163.01 CREATION.

There is hereby created the Risk Management Committee of the City of Highland Heights, Ohio. The Committee shall consist of the City Risk Manager, the Mayor, and all members of the Council Legislative and Finance Committee. The Chairman of the Council Legislative and Finance Committee shall serve as Chairman of the Risk Management Committee. All members of the Committee shall serve without compensation.
