145.07 FINAL REPORT TO COUNCIL.

The Highland Heights Home Days Committee shall render to Council a final report of its activities in writing. Such report shall include the summary description of the Highland Heights Home Days celebration conducted under the auspices of the Committee and a complete accounting of all funds received and disbursed by the Committee, including the funds appropriated by Council to the use of the Committee.
