145.04 RECORDS, ACTIONS AND MEETINGS.

   The Highland Heights Home Days Committee shall keep written records of its official actions and proceedings. Official actions of the Committee may be taken either by majority vote at a duly convened meeting of its members, at which a quorum of six or more members is present, or by unanimous written action, signed by all members. Notice of all meetings of the Committee shall be given to all members, verbally or in writing.
