145.02 COMPOSITION AND APPOINTMENT.

A Highland Heights Home Days Committee composed of eleven members shall be appointed annually. The Chairman of the Committee is to be appointed by the Mayor on or before September 1 of the year prior to which the home days are celebrated, such appointee to be either a resident or an employee of Highland Heights. The Chairman shall appoint nine members of the Committee, all of whom shall be residents of Highland Heights. Council shall select one of its members as the voting Council representative. Vacancies existing in the Committee from time to time may be filled by appointment of the Chairman except that Council shall fill any vacancy for its representative.
