143.17 PROHIBITED ACTIONS.

   No person shall:

   (a)    Violate any provision of this chapter or any provision of Ohio R.C. 3773.31 to 3773.58 or any rule of the State or local Boxing Commission;

   (b)    Gamble, bet or wage on the result of a contingency connected with a boxing match or exhibition;

   (c)    Participate in a sham or fake boxing match or exhibition that is conducted by a holder of a promoter's license issued under Section 143.06; or

   (d)    Participate in a boxing match or exhibition if he is under eighteen years of age unless neither contestant in the match or exhibition is a professional boxer.
