143.16 AGE OF PARTICIPANT; GAMBLING; SHAM MATCHES PROHIBITED.

   No person who sponsors, promotes or conducts a boxing match or exhibition shall:

   (a)    Knowingly permit a person less than eighteen years of age to participate in the match or exhibition unless neither contestant is a professional boxer;

   (b)    Knowingly permit gambling, betting or wagering on the result of a contingency in connection with the match or exhibition; or

   (c)    Knowingly conduct or allow to be conducted a sham or fake match or exhibition.
