143.04 BOXING COMMISSION POWERS.

   Consistent with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 3773.31 to 3773.58 and the administrative rules of the State Boxing Commission now or hereafter adopted, the Boxing Commission of the City shall make and may amend, alter or repeal such additional rules no less stringent than those of the aforesaid sections and administrative rules as it may deem necessary in the public interest to regulate and control the conditions and conduct of boxing matches. The Commission shall enforce its own rules and may suspend and/or fine any promoter, manager or boxer pursuant to its rules.

   Within thirty days after the conclusion of any fight card the Commission shall make a report to the Mayor of its proceedings pertaining to each such event.
