140.03 APPOINTMENTS AND TERMS.

Following the effective date of this section, the Mayor and Council shall proceed to make their respective appointments to the Mayfield Area Recreation Council. Initial appointments shall be for a term to expire on December 31, 1977. Appointments for all terms subsequent to the term ending on December 31, 1977, shall be for a period of two years.
