140.02 HIGHLAND HEIGHTS REPRESENTATION.

Highland Heights representation in the Mayfield Area Recreation Council shall consist of two representatives and two alternates. One member and one alternate shall be members of Council to be appointed by a majority of Council and one member and one alternate shall be citizen residents of the Municipality to be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of a majority of Council.
